  • Technical issues prevent service delivery

3. Non-Refundable Services

No refunds for:

  • Completed custom work
  • Digital products already delivered

To request a refund:

  3. Explain the reason for refund
  4. We’ll respond within 48 hours

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Partial Refunds

For partially completed work, we may offer partial refunds based on work completed.
